Biography

Chris Mimra has graduated from University in Stuttgart (Germany) with a master's degree in aerospace engineering. Afterwards, he has moved to Australia to commence his PhD project in a joined program between Swinburne University of Technology (Melbourne, Australia) and the University of Stuttgart. In 2025 he has joined the University of Southern Queensland as post-doctoral researcher, focussing on inline quality monitoring systems for composite manufacturing processes.
