Kate has extensive practical and applied experience in leading all aspects of an English Language Centre. Her experience includes curriculum design, development and delivery, executive management, business development and administration of human resources. Drawing upon over 25 years of experience in both teaching English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students (ELICOS) and managing a diverse range of programs for international students she effectively represents USQ’s English Language Programs at institutional and industry levels with bodies such as English Australia and the National English Language Teaching Accreditation Scheme (NEAS).
