Paul has taught counselling at a tertiary level for seven years and community sector training for over 20 years. Paul brings extensive experience to his role, both as a practitioner in counselling, program development and management, as well as being a former CEO of several charities. He has also been involved in government advisory committees, for problem gambling, disaster recovery and homelessness. Paul also has been involved in lobbying for refugees. Paul's doctoral research was in using systematic feedback to improve client outcomes. He is the principal of a counselling and community sector consulting practice with a focus on relationship counselling, mental health, and supervision of community sector managers.
