Biography

Dr. Sachini Wickramasinghe serves as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Future Materials (CFM), where she collaborates with the Civil Composite Research Group at the University of Southern Queensland. She obtained her PhD from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in Melbourne, Australia, and her Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Moratuwa in Sri Lanka. Her primary focus in research lies in Additive Manufacturing and Bio-inspired structural development, areas in which she demonstrates a keen interest and expertise.
