Dr Sarah McKibbin is a Lecturer in the School of Law and Justice with expertise in private international law (conflict of laws) and legal history.
Sarah graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy (Law) in April 2020. Her thesis, supervised by Professor Reid Mortensen, explored the history and development of the public policy exception in Anglo-common law private international law.
Sarah currently teaches the following courses at UniSQ: Cross-Border Litigation, and International Family Law. She has previously taught Legal Writing and Research, and Legal History.
