Ursula Kennedy graduated her Master of Viticulture from the University of Adelaide in 2007. She has been the lead academic developing and delivering the wine science programs at the University of Southern Queensland since 2006. She is also currently studying her PhD which is focused on production of quality wine grapes in increasingly hot growing seasons.
She brings to her teaching and research a broad range of real-world industry experience, having worked closely with the wine industry in many parts of Australia both as an industry employee and in an academic role.
She is currently driving development of the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) areas of the Sciences, collaborating with industry to grow real world WIL opportunities for final year students.
