Yong Wah Goh has over 19 years of experience in the fields of stress and coping, wellbeing, cross cultural psychology, organizational assessment and behavioral change. Yong has developed a wide range of training workshops and assessment tools that foster wellbeing in the workplace and across different contexts. Yong Wah remains active in international research, leading a number of international research projects (e.g. China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Hungary) and publishes extensively on topics such as cross-cultural stress processes, workplace coping, wellbeing, and sustainability.

Yong is also a retired traditional martial art instructor with over 30 year's experience, he teaches basic Buddhism and meditation in his free time.
