My research focuses on how to improve health outcomes by enhancing the efficiency of health systems and optimising individual health behaviours to engage with these health systems. Specifically, my research examines innovative solutions for mental health such as digital assessments, online interventions and eHealth within the context of child and adolescent anxiety, depression and general wellbeing. My research also examines the application of such approaches within vulnerable populations such as regional communities and at-risk cancer populations.
